What’s something that has always been on your bucket list?
Mason was born in Cincinnati and raised in Anderson Township the majority of his life. He graduated from Anderson High School, but not before earning 3 varsity letters in baseball.
Mason was accepted to Miami University’s Farmer School of Business in Oxford, Ohio upon high school graduation. Mason is majoring in Finance and has always been passionate about the financial industry, so he contacted Nate Kosman about the possibility of an internship. He was accepted as an apprentice for the summer of 2021, but RFG contacted him after completing his freshman year in 2020 needing help with some small projects. Due to COVID-19, Miami announced all classes would be moved online during the second semester of his freshman year. Classes would continue to be delivered online for the entirety of Mason’s sophomore year, so he decided to take a gap year – which extended his apprenticeship at RFG, in lieu of attending online classes.
Mason values building trust through transparency and honesty, which is reflected by his interest in financial planning. Mason believes a career as a financial advisor aligns with his goals of building meaningful relationships and helping clients achieve financial freedom.
Mason currently holds the Securities Industry Essentials® (SIE®) and is studying for the Series 7 securities license.
