Brooke was born and raised in Anderson Township, OH. After graduating from Anderson High School in 2020, she began her studies at the Carl H. Lindner College of Business at the University of Cincinnati. In 2024, Brooke graduated with a degree in finance and marketing.

RFG was founded in 1986 by Brooke’s grandfather, Ron Rosselot. In 1998 Brooke’s father, Nate Kosman, joined Ron in the business. Following Ron’s retirement in 2015, Nate continues to lead the family business as CEO and Financial Advisor, AIF®.

Brooke developed financial literacy at a very young age, which has lasted throughout her lifetime. As a result of this early foundation, she has become passionate about helping people ‘Plan for Life’! Brooke just loves how clients often turn into lifetime friends and truly become part of the family!

Ultimately, Brooke’s passion and understanding of the financial services industry led her to join RFG’s apprenticeship program in 2021 and continue her career post-graduation.

Brooke enjoys travelling, exercising, reading, and spending time with her loved ones.

Brooke currently holds the Securities Industry Essentials® (SIE®) license.
