I worked part time at my grandparent’s electronic components company.

What is your idea of a perfect day:

My ideal day would start with a workout class, grabbing coffee with my sister, then spending the afternoon at a beach or pool, and then dressing up to go to dinner!

Favorite Travel Destination:

Maui, Hawaii!

Ashley was born and raised in Cincinnati, Ohio. After graduating from West Clermont High School in 2022, she continued her studies at the Gatton College of Business and Economics at the University of Kentucky. In 2025, Ashley graduated with a degree in finance and marketing. In August, she will begin at the University of Cincinnati, where she will be a part of the Lindner College of Business Full Time MBA Cohort.

After shadowing a family friend who is a financial advisor, Ashley knew that it was a career path that was meant for her. She joined RFG’s apprenticeship program in May 2025, and looks forward to learning more about the industry and gaining experience.
