Brooke was born and raised in Anderson Township, located in Cincinnati, OH. After graduating from Anderson High School in 2020, Brooke began studying finance with the Carl H. Lindner College of Business at the University of Cincinnati – where she is set to graduate in 2024.

RFG was founded in 1986 by Brooke’s grandfather, Ron Rosselot. in 1998 Brookes father, Nate Kosman, joined Ron in the business. Nate continues to carry on the family business, as the CEO and Financial Advisor, AIF®, after Ron’s retirement in 2015.

Brooke has developed financial literacy from a very young age, which has lasted throughout her lifetime. This early foundation made her passionate about helping people ‘Plan For Life’! Brooke just loves how clients often turn into lifetime friends and truly become a part of the family!

Ultimately, this passion and understanding of the financial services industry has led Brooke to join the apprenticeship program at RFG, where she plans to work throughout the remainder of her college years. Upon graduation, she aspires to join the family business as a financial advisor.

Brooke enjoys travelling, exercising, reading, and loves being involved in her sorority!

Brooke currently holds the Securities Industry Essentials® (SIE®) license.
