Lindsay Antepenko was born and raised in Louisville, KY, where she still resides with her husband, Ryan, and their son, Colin. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Dayton in 2003.

Lindsay has built her career in operational leadership, with a strong foundation in process improvement and business analysis. She began as a Process & Control Manager in Brokerage Operations before advancing to Business Analyst at Fifth Third Bank, where she spent a decade refining her expertise. Today, as Director of Operations, Lindsay leverages her extensive experience and passion for operational excellence to drive efficiency and innovation across the organization.

Outside of work, Lindsay loves spending time relaxing at Barren River Lake with family and friends. She enjoys attending UofL sporting events and takes great joy in cheering on her son on the golf course and at the baseball field.
