Maxwell was born and raised on the west side of Cincinnati where he attended La Salle High School. Currently a rising senior at the Lindner College of Business, University of Cincinnati, Maxwell is pursuing a major in Finance with a minor in Professional Sales. During his time at university, Maxwell has been actively involved as the Recruitment Chair for his fraternity, Sigma Alpha Epsilon, and is also a member of the Men for Mental Health club.

His passion for finance stems from the realization that he can make a meaningful difference in people’s lives as a Financial Advisor. Maxwell is eager to participate in the apprenticeship summer program, seeing it as an opportunity to align his values with those of RFG, particularly in fostering a family culture both among colleagues and clients.

Maxwells interests are watching sports, hiking adventures, and spending time with family and friends.

Maxwell currently holds the Securities Industry Essentials® (SIE®) license.
