Maxwell is from the west side of Cincinnati and still resides there today. He graduated from La Salle High School in 2021, where he built a strong foundation both academically and personally. After high school, Maxwell attended the Carl H. Lindner College of Business at the University of Cincinnati, where he pursued a degree in Financial Planning with a minor in Professional Sales, graduating in 2025. During his time at UC, he was actively involved as the Recruitment Chair for his fraternity, Sigma Alpha Epsilon, and was also a member of the Men for Mental Health club.

Throughout his college experience, Maxwell explored career paths that aligned with his values and strengths through coursework and real-world exposure. He quickly realized that his passion for helping others, combined with his interest in investing and financial strategy, made the path of becoming a Financial Advisor a natural fit. He is driven by the opportunity to build meaningful relationships and positively impact the financial well-being of individuals and families in his community.

This passion led him to pursue an opportunity with the RFG Family, where he saw a strong alignment with his values and a supportive environment to grow professionally. Maxwell is excited to begin his career as an Advisor Assistant, where he can continue developing his skills while contributing to a team that prioritizes a family-oriented culture among both colleagues and clients.

Maxwell holds the Securities Industry Essentials® (SIE®), Series 7, and Series 66 registrations, and is currently working toward obtaining his Life, Accident, and Health license.
