What movie do you think everyone should see at least once?

Shawshank Redemption-great lesson on human resilience and the power of hope. Life isn’t always fair, but you can always maintain control over attitude and destiny. “Get busy living or get busy dying”!

What life skill do you think should be taught in school?

Without a doubt, compound investing. Boring, yes I know, but it’s the best way to show how time impacts long term results and every student should have an idea on how/why this works.

What sporting event do you never miss?

“The Masters”. The talent and skill level of the pro golfers are amazing. I have 3 groups of friends during the Masters, the guys I play with that Thurs/Fri on the course. The group I hang with on Sat watching highlights, then the final group that I spend time with on Sunday, watching the end. It’s more about the time spent with Friends and family around the sport, versus the match itself.

Who has had the biggest influence on your life or career?

My Mother & Father. They taught me to be a hard worker, appreciate what I have, enjoy what I’ve earned, and to try and make the next generation better than the one before.
